What’s the best way to wake up? Waking up when you feel like it! Which means? A XXL breakfast served from 7am till 12pm. This way, you can sleep as much as you like, and start your day at your own pace.

Much more than just a bar, a true philosophy! An area opened 24 hours a day where you can buy quality food and drinks to satisfy your needs for a snack or an entire meal. Feel as though you are at home: you serve yourself and sit down and enjoy whatever you please.

Enjoy our free wi-fi connection everywhere in the hotel.
If you are traveling in Italy and you can’t use the Internet because of roaming costs you can also enjoy the benefits of our “Always Up” service: for 3 euros a day you can rent a useful, portable modem and enjoy the web wherever you want! Do you need to work from the beach? Would you like to write emails whilst at the bar? With this wireless solution you can always stay connected just as if you were at home.
PET FRIENDLY
Are you travelling with your four legged friend? For those of you who are, we have designed a project called “Unique Pet”: There are bowls and a bed in the rooms. Upon request for an extra fee: dry food, pet wash, dog sitter and a veterinarian.
HOTFICE - Hotel + Office
Are you travelling for work and need to meet up with a client and are looking for a place to train your agents and don’t want the usual mega hotel conference rooms? That is why we created the Hotfice Service: allowing you to transform our Meet Up Room in an exclusive meeting room with coffee break, projector and microphone.
BIKES and ELECTRIC SCOOTER
For those who want to do a ride we offer free bikes, but for those who don’t want to work hard we have created the electric scooter rental service. Because there is nothing like running for the Riviera Romagnola riding on a brand new electric scooter!
DIGITAL NEWSSTAND
Do you like to keep up to date? In our Social Lounge you can use your digital devices and connect to our Digital Newsstand, a digital platform that is a bit like a newsstand at your complete disposal and allows you to consult thousands of magazines and newspapers!
With the Digital Newsstand service, if you have your own pad or smartphone, you can download newspapers onto your device and read them wherever you like: on the beach or while you’re in your room.

You don’t wanna give up surfing on the road? UP offers its guests free skateboarding!
ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING STATION
UP HOTEL is increasingly attentive to green travellers: 22 kw wall box for fast charging of any electric or plug-in hybrid car available to all hotel guests.
Respect for the environment has always been an important part of UP’s philosophy and the new charging station for electric cars is part of UP HOTEL’s commitment to adhere to and share the worldwide campaign for environmental care and sustainability.
This charging solution is convenient, sustainable and smart: the three features that make UP HOTEL the ideal hotel to stay on the Riviera and in Rimini.
The recharging station is situated inside our car park and can be easily recharged while you are on the beach, while you are visiting Rimini (perhaps with one of our electric bicycles) or simply enjoying a relaxing moment in our lobby.
