We absolutely loved our stay! The staff were incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive. The breakfasts were amazing, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, and our room was cleaned every day. Everything was perfect, and we were truly impressed with the service. We left very happy and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ❤️

A short stay, a great discovery. The hotel is very well-maintained and impeccably clean. The room is comfortable with everything you'd expect from a three-star hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with delicious, and fresh ingredients. A special mention goes to the young and extremely friendly staff, who met all our needs. Congratulations!

I stayed one night at the Up Hotel. The reception is very polite and the staff are very enthusiastic.I traveled by car and had reserved a parking space. There is a small parking lot next to the hotel where the car could be parked. If there is no space there, there is a parking lot a little further away.The room was very neat and clean. There was nothing to complain about.The breakfast was also very extensive and fresh.The location is very convenient; you are close to the boulevard and there are various restaurants nearby.In short, highly recommended!

This hotel made our holiday in Rimini something special. From the first minute we were surrounded by cleanliness and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff is the most amazing and hospitable I have ever met. Breakfast was a gastronomic experience and the kind and professional staff made my day better every morning.The slightly longer distance from the centre is completely lost thanks to the fast Metromare and one does not even perceive it as a minus. If I am in Rimini again, I will not even look for another hotel.

We just returned from another wonderful stay at the UP Hotel in Rimini, and, as always, everything was perfect.This is the sixth time we've chosen this hotel for our summer vacation in Rimini. Every year, when we arrive, we feel like we're coming home. The UP Hotel has become our second home and our summer hotel.We'd like to extend a huge compliment to all the staff: the reception staff is always kind, smiling, and helpful, the breakfast staff welcomes us every morning with warmth, and the housekeeping team always leaves our rooms spotlessly clean and tidy.Breakfast is also always excellent, with fresh products and a wide selection. It's one of the moments we look forward to every morning.For us, there's no other hotel in Rimini: we always return here and will never change.Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and professionalism. We'll definitely see you again next year!

Great youthful design hotel with lots of interesting decoration solutions! We spent 4 nights here with 2 adults and 2 children, the rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable. The staff is a young team, always smiling and doing their job great even despite our language difficulties! Breakfast is very plentiful and they offer lots of unique, local food!Fresh cold water is available unlimitedly which is very good due to the heat!They provided us with a bicycle for free! Beach 3 minutes away, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby, express bus 5 minutes away! Thank you very much Up Hotel!

We had a great time at Up Hotel and enjoyed our vacation here, the hotel is modern and comfortable.The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable throughout our stay, and everything was well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed.The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and attractions (we had dinner several times at TinBota which is very close to the hotel and has a very nice selection of food).What made our experience even more special was the staff. Everyone, both at the reception and during breakfast, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile and felt genuinely cared for, which made the atmosphere feel very warm and personal.Breakfast was another highlight: a great selection of fresh and delicious options, with attentive and friendly staff making each morning a pleasure.We would definitely recommend Hotel Up to anyone visiting Rimini. 💞

The hotel is in a beautiful location and the overall experience was very nice. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming and professional, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety of food.The only thing I did not like was our room location. We stayed on the first floor next to the elevator, it was crazy. The doors of our room do not close properly, so the room would shake every time guests opened or closed their doors. The noise and banging started around 6 AM and continued until after midnight, which made it very difficult to rest and sleep properly.Apart from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Just came back from a 3-day stay at Up Hotel Rimini and it was amazing! We even arrived 2 hours early and they let us check in right away - such great service.The room was super clean and cozy, cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the bed was really comfortable. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast - freshly made omelets, delicious handmade treats, and an excellent cappuccino ☕️Great location too, close to the beach and shops. I’ll definitely be back - highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Up in Rimini. Everything about our experience was excellent from the moment we arrived.The hotel is modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay very relaxing. Everything was spotless and organized, which made us feel immediately at ease.One of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a real difference and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. It was the perfect way to start the day.The location is also very convenient, close to the beach and many restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything Rimini has to offer.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Hotel Up to anyone visiting Rimini. We would happily stay here again!

We spent 6 days at the hotel and were completely satisfied with it. The pricing was very fair, and we really liked the self-service bar. Breakfast was perfectly fine, and there were indeed options available for those with gluten or lactose intolerance. The location of the hotel is excellent, as the beach is very close, and the airport wasn’t too far either — about a 20–30 minute walk, for example. There are also great restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.I would especially highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the rooms, as well as the kindness of the hotel staff. At the reception, they were very friendly, helpful, cheerful, and we really liked them.The style of the hotel is very cool, and in the evenings we enjoyed playing chess in the lobby.I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

First tíme since i do reviews, I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The personal and service in this place is like from different planet. You will like having breakfast from your mamma. Small cosy place with beautiful big rooms. Something that you will never experience in 5* hotels. Don't even think and book it ❤️

The modern, innovative and clean hotel exceeded all expectations, offering exceptional comfort. The brand is reflected in every corner, making the overall experience extremely pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide range of delicacies that satisfy every taste. Attention to small details transforms the ordinary into the exceptional. Welcoming and functional meeting room! The staff were all very kind and helpful...and Fabio???...SUPERLATIVE!!!!!Thank you from Susy and Federico from Livorno! without a doubt UpHotel will be our point of reference in Rimini.

We spent just over a week traveling around Italy and Up Hotel was, hands-down, our favorite stay! I booked the Up Room and didn't realize that it is a semi-secret penthouse room with a private entrance. It was beautifully outfitted and we can't stop talking about the Dorelan pebble bed! So unique and super comfortable! Loved the skylights that open up and create a balcony-like feel. The only issue we had was that the bathtub would only produce cold water, but that didn't take away from how much we enjoyed ourselves and the manager was very apologetic. The breakfast and cappuccino were excellent, and we appreciated the 24/7 access to free water (including sparkling!) The location is very walkable and maybe 5 minutes to the beach on foot. We were able to street-park our car for free right in front of the hotel but they did have a small, gated lot out back for an extra charge if needed. We only stayed for one night but are already planning a return for a longer visit!

We loved our stay in Up hotel. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and the manager will make sure you eat well😁 Our golden was also welcome and petted by the staff, which made her very glad! Thank you for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay in UP Hotel. Better than other hotels thanks to the extra friendly staff, a tap with free unlimited sparkling water and room AC that is very easy to set.

Nice place to stay in Rivazzura. Room was clean, spacious enough and it was very quiet . There were some small issues, like some cigarette scent in the room - probably from previous attendence and the water pressure slightly inconsistent when taking a shower; however, nothing to be a deal breaker. Breakfast, although not offering that much variety, is of good quailty, so i appreciate it.Staff is polite and very friendly 🙂 Would clearly recomand the place.

We really enjoyed our visit in this hotel. The rooms are clean, modern, very comfortable and Air-conditioned at your own temperature, amazing!The staff is helpful, professional and always with smile on their faces that makes you feel like home 😃 3 minutes walk to the beach. Closed (payed 12€/day) parkingspace if you want and parking opportunity on the street in front of the hotel.The breakfast is awesome. Fresh and tasty 😋We will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family! If we ever visit Rimini again you will be our number 1 choice.Regards from Sweden// Ghaith with family
