I leave early in the morning, can I have breakfast before 7 a.m. or do I have a breakfast bag?

Our breakfast is ready from 7.30 a.m. but you can request a breakfast bag or a quick breakfast before your departure.

I arrive early, can I check in before 15.00?

If your room is ready when you arrive at the hotel, you can have early check-in. Otherwise, you can leave your bags at the hotel and return after 3pm.

Can I have late check-out?

Certainly, subject to reservation and availability (paid service).

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in from 3pm check out by 11am.

Which credit cards are accepted?

Mastercard – Visa – amex

I am celiac, do you have gluten-free products?

We are not specialised but we have some packaged gluten-free products.

Do you have parking? How much does it cost?

We have a small internal car park and a car park about 300m away. The cost is euro 12 per day. Booking is preferable.

Can animals stay at the Up Hotel? Is there a supplement?

We love all 4-legged friends and they are welcome. The extra cost is euro 10 per day for the pet kit and sanitation.

Can I have lunch/dinner at the hotel?

Up Hotel has no restaurant service, but don’t worry, by downloading our App you will have a list of all the UP restaurants chosen by us with the recommended dishes and if you really don’t want to leave our Hotel you can easily order with a delivery and have lunch/dinner both in your room and in our common areas.

Is breakfast included? Until what time is it served?

Our XXL breakfast is included and served until 11.30 am.

Is the hotel equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities?

Yes, we have dedicated rooms with bathrooms on the ground floor.

Is Wi-Fi internet access available?

Yes, our Wifi is free and very fast.

How do you turn on the air conditioning?

Air conditioning works if all windows and balcony doors are closed and is controlled by the thermostat in the room.
